A meeting was held between the Kyrgyz Consul General in Dubai A.Mamatbekov and Major General Abdullah Khalif Al-Mari, newly appointed Prime Minister of the UAE, the ruler of Dubai.
May 15, 2017 the meeting of the Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Dubai A.Mamatbekov with Major-General Abdullah Khalif Al-Mari, newly appointed Prime Minister of the UAE, the ruler of Dubai E.V. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to the post of Police Chief of Dubai Emirate.
Priority direction of the agenda of the meeting was the development of cooperation and exchange of practical experience in the field of advanced IT technologies between law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic and the emirate of Dubai.
According to the world rankings, Dubai is one of the top 5 most secure cities in the world, taking into account the introduction of innovative technologies and equipment within the framework of the "Safe City" and "Smart City" projects, which together form unique and automated Centers providing residents and guests of Dubai access Online to the services of all competent services, and ensure the safety of the city.
According to the Head of Police of the Emirate of Dubai, the police of the emirate are constantly on the pulse of rapid reaction and provide protection and security, coordinate emergency services. Consul General A.Mamatbekov informed the Head of the Police of the Emirate of Dubai about the national project "Taza Coom" launched in Kyrgyzstan, a digital project aimed at improving the level and quality of providing public services to the public. In the same national project, the "Safe City" system is implemented, aimed at ensuring the safety of citizens and visitors of our country and preventing traffic violations. The Kyrgyz side noted the similarity of the goals and objectives of the Taza-Coom project with the projects of the Emirate side, which have already been successfully implemented in recent years in the UAE.
Taking into account the experience of the Emirate, the Consul General expressed his request to organize a visit of representatives of Kyrgyz law enforcement agencies and experts to Dubai to exchange practical experience and provide methodological assistance in the implementation of the Taza-Coom project. The head of the Dubai Police Abdullah Khalif Al-Mari expressed readiness to receive Kyrgyz colleagues in Dubai and provide the necessary assistance. The timing of the visit will be agreed in the near future.
